I'm Michael, and this is my story

Hey, my name's Michael. I'm originally from a little city in the midwest United States called Akron. I've been training as a men's physique bodybuilder for over five years now and have had the opportunity to work under extraordinary coaches. I started out as a personal trainer and have now shifted to sharing my passion for fitness and training on YouTube [you might know me as JustMerk] and I continue to share my journey towards becoming a professional bodybuilder. To now be able to pass on to you some of the techniques that I've used over the years to grow and transform my physique excites me as you grow on your own journey.
